Below are the cancellation rules and to proceed with the above quote, please reply to this email with the billing and approval data.

CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION:
When making a reservation, AC GLOBAL TRAVEL automatically reserves the vehicle and driver to be at your disposal during the contracted period, where both are reserved to perform the service. The reserved services will follow the following cancellation policy:
1) Informing with up to 72 hours, a fee of 10% will be charged on the total value of the contracted services.
2) Informing up to 48 hours, a fee of 20% will be charged on the total value of the contracted services.
3) Informing up to 36 hours, a fee of 50% will be charged on the total value of the contracted services.
4) NO refund for booking canceled less than 24 hours.

In cases of no-show, the service will be charged in full.
Cancellations for airport or seaport transfers will be charged at full cost if the driver has beendispatched to the departure area including “No Show”.
